Thanksgiving & Walks
This past week was Thanksgiving and one of my favorite things during the holidays is getting the time to spend time with family. I loved that even though this pandemic had brought most of our family to be virtual during actual Thanksgiving. We enjoyed a family walk with just our immediate family like we always do in the best traditional way. In person. My sister and brother in-law came back from Texas for Thanksgiving and my boyfriend joined us for the annual Thanksgiving walk. We started going on this walk about 6 years ago when my sister got back from college and my parents thought it would be a good idea to get some exercise before we stuff our face with all the good food that Thanksgiving brings us. We have gone to all different parks around Peoria. Since we have two dogs, we usually have to find somewhere that will let dogs roam around without leases to hike.
